The Blue Bird Creed
We are more than 4,000 men and women who serve or have served the Methodist Hospitals in the Medical Center, as members of that family, who assist patients and visitors while they visit the facilities in our System.

Established as the "Blue Birds of Laurel Heights" by a small church group in 1920.
The Blue Birds aim to accomplish:

  • Service to Others
  • Selflessness
  • Fellowship
The Blue Bird Auxiliary is honored to serve the community and create a network of life-long companions. We believe that by making others smile, we make our own days brighter.
